I do my best to respond to your requests as quickly as possible! Recent, spacious and bright 3 room apartment of 76 m2 on the top floor with elevator and large terrace. Very well equipped and furnished, it has everything you need to work and relax in good conditions, close to the train station and shops, within walking distance 2 bedrooms including one with king size bed (180 cm), fiber and secure underground parking space. I want you to feel at home!

This apartment is on the second floor of a new building. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a beautiful kitchen, a beautifully decorated living area, a beautiful 12 m2 south-facing terrace with views of Melesse from the hill on which the accommodation is located. Melesse is 15 km north of Rennes, the village has all amenities. We are five minutes from "Cap Malo", where you will find bowling, cinemas, restaurants, golf, leisure and relaxation areas.

Quiet neighborhood in a municipality located 20 minutes from Rennes center by car. The train station is a 7'walk (17' journey to Rennes station) and the bus stop 2'walk (bus 71 to metro stop Les Gayeulles). Parking place available. We are just a few pedals from the canal.
