This is a private container house on the shore of Lake Gyokudō, a beautiful lake in Suefuno, Chichibu. We connected a 20 ft container and a 12 ft container with an outdoor living room. Limited to one group, so you can enjoy with peace of mind. We reuse containers that were actually used at sea, so you can feel the authentic taste and romance. The site is 250 tsubo, so it's okay to bring a tent. Barbecues and fires are allowed on the premises. You can enjoy a barbecue over a direct fire. We have a rental plan that can accommodate up to 11 people for the entire inn. This is a private lodging facility that the owner renovated himself by hand, with a 50-80 year old traditional house. In recent years, the hostel has been popular as a filming spot, and is located on the front approach to Chichibu Shrine (Banba Street), which is dotted with Showa-era retro buildings. The nearest station, Miyahata station, and Chichibu Shrine are both within a 3-minute walk. On the first floor, there is also the official tap bar for Chichibu barley beer, and Mahoro Bar, which offers a variety of regional craft beers and snacks such as homemade Musashibuta sausages, and Kuchina Salve, a famous restaurant serving Italian cuisine made with local Chichibu ingredients. There is a mews park nearby where you can enjoy cycling, walking, go-karting, and tennis. The adjacent partner facility, the cafe of Chichibu Farm Stay, offers sweets and drinks using ingredients from the garden.(Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 16:00) We also accept fruit trees and vegetable harvesting experiences. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
