About the building This cabin was built in 1999 as a cow house management building, and was renovated in 5 years after 30 years. The use of plenty of logs over 50 years old is heavy, and after many years, it still praises the scent of the trees and heals the hearts of those who visit. The harp bridge, famous as the symbol of Chichibu, rises above the building, and is beautifully lit up due to the time of year. There is a mews park nearby where you can enjoy cycling, walking, go-karting, and tennis. The adjacent partner facility, the cafe of Chichibu Farm Stay, offers sweets and drinks using ingredients from the garden.(Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 16:00) We also accept fruit trees and vegetable harvesting experiences. Guests can use the event space after check-in until 21:00. * The event space, toilets, and washing area will be shared with the covered campsite. * Irori fireplace, barbecue grill, and wood table are free of charge. *Please return the tools in the same condition as when you borrowed them.　 *Please be considerate so as not to inconvenience customers using the campsite.

[Sumika Explorer] Open your five senses surrounded by greenery in the mountains of North Kamakura

There are many Zen temples in Kita Kamakura.This [Sumika Exploration House] is located in the mountains by small paths and stairs. Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter. There is no parking lot as it is only accessible by stairs.Instead, there is no sound of cars, all you can hear is the sound of birds chirping, the sound of rinsing around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out to the garden and cut seasonal flowers in the room.I make my own coffee with a mille.There is no excessive service here, but please leave your senses open to your comfort.
