Studio sweet! Newly completed with walk in double head shower.

We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Pets ok

Welcome to our cozy & comfy boho bungalow. Newly renovated house near downtown Chico. It is a 10 minute walk to Chico State, downtown and lower Bidwell Park! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the patio in our beautiful enclosed private yard. We have a keypad on the front door for easy check-in and a camera ring device. Check-out is 10am. Please note for check-out that my cleaning crew arrives shortly after 10am. There is a $50 late charge fee for every 30 minutes that you check-out after 10am.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown. There is a covered patio as well as an outdoor fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ, pellet smoker and Blackstone cooktop. Please advise 24 hours in advance if you want to use the blackstone or pellet grill.
