Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Colico

We enjoyed our stay, the view of the lake is simply stunning! Parking is available, you park about 50~100 m from the house. Bellano is within walking distance and a hiking trail leads into the mountains right next to the house. A mountain river runs directly on the bedroom windows and the sound of the waterfall is noticeable. But we were able to sleep very well and long; we did not hear the traffic at night. The apartment is very well equipped, it really has everything you need! In addition, it is very well located in a very quiet location and close to the lake.

Some Airbnbs are bland, designed specifically for rental. Maria’s apartment is not like that. It has antique furnishings and lots of paintings which give it character. It is a large, comfortable apartment with everything you need - a comfortable bed, dishwasher, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, a small terrace. We really liked the location in a small hamlet outside busy touristy Bellagio, but within a lovely 20 minute walk to Bellagio via Villa Melzi gardens (at a cost of 14 euros). The apartment is very good value for money in an area which is generally expensive. Don’t forget to leave the tourist tax, as I did (but sent it as soon as Maria reminded me)

The location is great, well located near the Lugano Stazione and a few minutes (down quite some stairs) to the Lugano Centro, so it's very well conected to the rest of the region. The place is very comfortable for two people, with a well equiped kitchen and the washing and drying machine comes really handy. I recommend it!

Perfect stay in a superlative place: we were looking for peace, tranquility, well-being, contact with nature and privacy...here we found everything, even more so! We were able to fully take advantage of all the services offered and I have to say that sauna and outdoor bathtub are a must. The greenhouse is a delightful corner where you can refresh and get lost, wonderful! Impeccable cleanliness, Marina is super friendly and helpful, the place is enchanting, cared for and welcoming, fully enjoyed stay...so thank you Andrea and Marina, we will definitely be back! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon. Mercedes was so thoughtful with everything and made this a time we will never forget. She communicates extremely well, she even created a little video to show you how to arrive with a car (even shows where there is a speed camera which was helpful) and continues with it all the way to getting into the apartment and showing all the details inside. She recommended incredible restaurants and was there for anything we asked.

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. House in the countryside and total peace! The view is just great. Two-story house with a nice outdoor space. Silvano did not meet him in person but he was always attentive and present in being available in case of events. Perfect stay!

Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

Sensational views over the lake. This lovely detached house has beautiful spacious grounds, securely fenced, and everything in the house you need. Paolo, the host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back. It was perfect, wish we could give it 6 stars ******.

From the very start Verena made our stay perfect. She drove out of her way with her adorable dog to collect us from the train station and take us to our beautiful accommodation. It was so comfortable and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything. And the perfect weather made our stay the highlight of our trip!

Mattia has been an incredible host. The flat is well located 15 minutes from Como, with all you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, barbecue and enough space with a beautiful garden.

The place was beautiful, we were greeted by the lovely Lina when we arrived who showed us around and told us where to go when we were going out and we also had some essentials as a welcome gift which was really lovely. Very good communication from our hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great stay with Luca and his wife who welcomed us warmly and were always available as friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was completely new, very clean, tastefully furnished and corresponded in every way to the description. We especially loved the location – the property is located right by the George Clooney villa, which gives the stay an exclusive touch. Various restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, which also made the stay enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation.

Really spacious sudio flat with everything needed for the two weeks I have spent there. Eddy is a great host, very welcoming and responsive and as a bonus he left some delicious breakfast supplies for me to use. Highly recommended !

Spacious and comfortable apartment!

Paola, Alessandro and Matteo.... that great hosts !! of the best in Air bnb !!!.. made us feel at home from.el.1er second as we knew them from before.... very helpful, they left us necessary information to get to know the lake area of Como and ......la.vista from their apartment .. it is a show! day and night..... the property stays on a hill but the taxi arrives without a problem and there are buses relatively close...but it is an area to walk and admire the.belleza on all sides... I recommend 100% this property !! I liked Malgrate and Lecco they are not as full as Como and Bellagio for example and breathing.thanas tranquility.... there is an ease of transport of all kinds to know the rest of the lake well ... great experience!
