Apartment vacation rentals in Colón Island

Bambuda Bocas Town is very well located, in the center of everything and at the same time on a quiet street away from the noise and the traffic. The restaurant and the terrace are spacious, made of wood, with comfortable seats and swings. Great ocean views from the terrace, with Bocas del Torro bay on the one side and the Coronado island on the other. Boat taxis available directly from the hotel deck to other islands. The laundry service was 10$ and it was fast and excellent. The zumba class was great. We enjoyed our stay in this little oasis and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

Maya is a wonderful host; she could not have been kinder or more welcoming. The location is remote! But the use of a kayak was great: we were able to paddle to a nice beach and there were more facilities in the same area.

Cesar was super warm and friendly. The place was close to pretty much everything. I’d definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Cecilia is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need, from a hair dryer to snorkeling gear. Staying in her home was truly a rejuvenating experience, both physically and mentally. After a disappointing stay at one of the well-known hotels in Bocas Town, we were so grateful to find Cecilia’s Airbnb—it truly felt like home.

The stay is the same as shown in the pictures. A remote location to the center of mouths but perfect for resting, quiet. It is important to clarify in a better way the location of the place.

Ana's place is ideally located in Boca town. Within walking. distance of both the ferry, water taxi's or a short cab ride from the airport. You can easily travel anywhere via water taxi's, the local busses, taxi's or private tours. There is a number or restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Lucas was helpful with instructions and travel trips pror to my arrival. He and Gloria were very friendly and welcoming my entire stay. The apartment was just as described and provided everything I needed. It was great to see, hear and experience the wildlife and Lucas sharing his knowledge of the animals. It was a wonderful a relaxing 5 days. I look forward to visiting again!

The apartment is a rare find in Bocas, fully equipped, AC in the living room/kitchen, it has everything you might need, very comfortable, Raúl is an excellent host, thanks for letting us stay at your place.

5 amazing days Alex was very responsive, very present, considerate. The place is superb, between land and sea, splendid view, the cottage is so amazing, a real little cocoon, the little kitty 🐈‍⬛ comes by every day, hugs kisses. We love it The large bathroom, 2 large bedrooms with A/C, very large living space, well-equipped kitchen. It has everything. Close to restaurants ( ciao pizza I recommend ) Taxi just down to take you to town in 10 minutes, $3 per person to town, taxis are also great. To conclude, Alex's Airbnb is really awesome! Ps: beware of guiboles we go up slightly, it's on a small hill but you will take your eyes full!

The location is unbeatable, everything was extremely close: restaurants, supermarkets… In addition, the accommodation offers a lot of privacy, since each room has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette, which was super convenient. Also the home has a shared kitchen quite complete for the use of all the guests. Lillian's attention was excellent. He was always looking out for us. It made us feel super welcome and spoiled! As a recommendation, it's important to note that hosting is ideal for a group of up to 12 people, to ensure everyone's comfort. We were 13 and although they kindly helped us by offering us a sofa bed with an additional cost, it was not as comfortable as the main beds. One of the days we had a small inconvenience with the water service, but it was a general issue on the island and not something of our accommodation. Definitely, if we return to Bocas, we would stay here again.

We were delighted with our stay at Chalet Tropical! The scenery was GORGEOUS. Breathtaking jungle view from the lovely porch. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The inside was clean and very comfortable. AC worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this location for sure.

The space is a little dream. About 100 meters from the beautiful beach. The beach is clean and deserted. It has a restaurant nearby and a cool bar. The apartment is very cosy and the kitchen well equipped. Since there is no shopping nearby, it is worth shopping before arriving in Bocas. The cooking here is very fun. Birds, a sloth and lots of butterflies live in the garden. Very nice and perfect for anyone who is looking for some peace in nature. We'd love to recommend it to everyone 🥰

We had a pleasant stay at Ricardo's and his family's. La casita is located on their property in a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is quiet and yet 12 minutes by taxi or scooter from Bocas. You have the small restaurant Dosha 3 min walk which is excellent or Skully's 5 min walk which will also allow you to rent scooters, quad bikes, bikes etc… Ricardo is a great host. He was very responsive, considerate, friendly while respecting our privacy. It even allowed us to arrive well before check-in and leave well after check-out! Thanks again Ricardo;-)

The place is as advertised. Perfectly located to downtown Bocas Town and water taxi docks. Great place to start your explorations from. Leidy the caretaker was excellent!! Responded immediately to any question or concern that we had. She was a ton of help to us during our 4 week rental. One thing the unit could improve on would be the 2 sofa sleepers that are in the main room. Both are a bit worn and if you needed to have someone sleep on them for more than 1 night it would not be comfortable. Water pressure was awesome as well as the hot water and AC was really quiet and cold. Kitchen had what we needed for the little cooking we did. All in all, a great place to rent.

This place is a gem. We spent little time here but our front porch was amazing. It is simple, clean and has everything you need. Leidy, the manager, was very helpful and pleasant.

Loved our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful with our check in. Leidy was very friendly and had recommendations. Many restaurants and markets within close walking distance!

Our Surfari unit had all we needed, even occasional hot water! Housekeeping came in every day or two to refresh towels and take out trash. Thomas was super helpful and informative, even loaning us tools to fix a laptop. The apartments are located just a few blocks from the ferry dock and tour operators, yet far enough away from the nightclubs that their racket was hardly noticeable. Grocery store and hardware right around the corner, everything in town within walking distance. Best swimming is the deck at Bambuda about 7 blocks away.

Easily the nicest, kindest, most gracious hosts I've had on AirBnB, also the first bed and breakfast I've stayed at on the app. Fantastic breakfast and a great time all around. Also walkable to Bocas town easily

Angie and her husband were absolute rockstars and went above and beyond in every way for us. Their Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. The front patio is so beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast they cook is amazing. I would recommend their Airbnb to anyone! Just remember it is a ~20 minute walk to the city centre, and if it is raining, it could be difficult to find a taxi. I also highly recommend using the bicycles provided to ride up to Bocas del Drago and Starfish Beach ☺️

The house is just like the photos, everything was very neat and clean. Cecilia was very attentive and was attentive to what we needed. The house is in a neighborhood inhabited by locals and some tourists. The island is very contaminated, smells bad and there is trash, of course this is foreign to Jessica.
