I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. We were on a weekend away to do some antique shopping and the location was ideal for getting to several different shops. The huge kitchen was amazing for dinners and the grocery store a town over was a great resource as well. The whole place was cozy and has more than you will need! We will definitely be coming back. Wonderful cozy space, good to decompress without too much distraction. Very clean and exactly as described. Be sure to stay toasty with a fire on the coldest nights! The hosts are helpful and responsive, yet the space is nice and private. Not far from East Madison, easy drive to Cottage Grove, Marshall, and Waterloo, too.
