This centrally located condo is close to everything and perched above the Comal River in New Braunfels. You will have access to a private riverside park with private access to the River and on site swimming pool. Schliterbahan is across the street. You are in walking distance to Naeglin’s Bakery (oldest bakery in Texas), Krause’s Restaurant and Bier Garten, Civic Center or the Platz. Close to the Wursthalle and Landa Park. Short drive to Gruene Halle. No balcony closer to the Comal river.
