It is only a couple miles from downtown & a short drive to great shopping, restaurants & attractions including the Dallas Arboretum, Fair Park/Dos Equis Pavilion that is 3 miles away. Less than 5 minute walk to Bus Route 214 direct to Fair Park & Downtown.
