Welcome to the hilltop on our 135 acre ranch. We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with close proximity to everything! Our Dog Trot Guest Suites consists of 2 suites each with a queen bed, an additional sleeping area (daybed or trunnel) and private bath. Our 180 deg views are spectacular and the stars at night are big and bright! We are a short distance from Old Tunnel State Park, James Kiehl River Park, Sister Creek Winery, foodie restaurants and caves. Hope to see you soon!

Luxurious Retreat Between Six Flags and SeaWorld.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. The cabin features two king bedrooms with efficient closets & one master bathroom with stylish vanity and a large walk-in shower. Large outdoor porch with seating and dining, hot tub, and fire pit.

Briarwoode Farm Getaway

A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
