Perfect apartment for 6 people, larger family, group of friends, two couples. Cozy, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. An apartment with a terrace overlooking the mountains. Guests have access to a private sauna that will recover a tired body after the effort in the mountains. The sauna is located in the apartment and is only available to its guests. We have two other apartments in the same building, in total there is space for 20 people in the Casa.

Located in the heart of a forest, between two ski slopes (red and black) of the Folgarida-Marilleva area, surrounded by the Adamello-Brenta natural park in the lively Val di Sole. It is the perfect place for sports, nature and relaxation both in winter and summer. Suitable for groups of friends and families who want to get away from the wear of modern life. Has private covered parking and ski storage.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

In summer, you can explore the mountain trails and whiz along the rapids of the Noce River!
