Convenientemente situato nel centro storico di Como. E' assolutamente silenzioso. Accoglie fino a 4 persone ed un bambino. Con 65 m2 totali, su un unico piano, c'è un luminoso soggiorno con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato con piano cottura elettrico, forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e tavolo da pranzo con 6 sedie, un divano letto per due persone comode, una grande TV a schermo full-HD con TV satellitare, un romantico camino. Adiacente alla zona soggiorno-pranzo c'è una luminosa camera da letto matrimoniale con un grande armadio. Un bagno con wc, bidet, vasca con doccia e finestra velux sul tetto. Retrostante all'ingresso dell'appartamento, prima di entrare, c'è un piccolo ripostiglio con la lavatrice. Riscaldamento autonomo. L'aria condizionata ed internet wi-fi completano le dotazioni della casa. L'intero appartamento è disponibile per i nostri ospiti. A Como è dovuta una tassa di soggiorno che varia da 0,50 € a 1 €, a seconda della stagione, per persona al giorno, fino al quarto giorno di permanenza. Questa tassa non è inclusa nel costo dell'affitto e sarà da pagare al vostro arrivo. I bambini in culla o lettino sono ammessi gratuitamente. In caso di necessità, un lettino è disponibile a 30 € / soggiorno. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti. Chiediamo un contributo aggiuntivo per la pulizia e cura extra di 50 € / cane x soggiorno. Il riscaldamento ė autonomo e gli ospiti possono stabilire la temperatura desiderata. Durante la stagione fredda, il costo del riscaldamento viene aggiunto ad un costo forfettario di 10 € / giorno. In alternativa, a scelta degli ospiti da effettuare entro il check-in, il costo di riscaldamento si basa sul consumo al costo di 1,5 € per mc. L'Imbarcadero per i battelli sul lago è a 5 miluti a piedi. La Casa Barbagialla si trova nella zona pedonale di Como, nel centro storico dentro le mura. E' la posizione ideale per visitare la città, il fronte lago, i musei, godere dei ristoranti, delle enoteche, dei bar, fare shopping. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, camminando pochi minuti. Le stazioni dei treni, la stazione della navigazione lago, l'imbarcadero, la funicolare per Brunate, la stazione degli autobus sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.
