The room is located in the historical centre of the village in a secluded and silent courtyard and suits couples, private retreats and families...It can be an ideal starting point for day trips on foot, relax and cultural tours on the shores of Lake Como as it is situated within distance from Como (15 km) and Bellagio (20 km). The village is located 600 meters above sea level. The lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Parking is outside the village, a 5-minute walk away.The route is uphill.

In a relaxing green context. where you can enjoy a great quiet, at the same time position very near to MIlan, Monza, Bergamo, as it is very close to highways and ring roads. Modern kitchen available, large and bright living-room with fireplace, private parking, self-service breakfast included, Wi-Fi, outdoor terrace and private garden, where you can relax.

The B&B, a villa surrounded by greenery, is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city. You will have 4 bedrooms for a total of 10 beds, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a terrace. Garden and kitchen are shared with the Host. Breakfast is included and we prepare it from 7.30 to 9.30 either in the garden or in the kitchen. The use of the kitchen is allowed but it must be left clean and tidy. Parking for two cars is in front of the house.

Our B&B is situeted on the east coast of the Lake of Como distant 7 km from Bellagio and 22 km from the center of Como. Situated in the quite village of Lezzeno, a rural building with garden and swimming pool is also next to markets and restourants. You can reach on foot the beach in few minutes. All the rooms directly overlook the lake which is directly in front of Isola Comacina and the more famous Punta del Balbianello.

In winter, the wood is ready to burn in the common room fireplace.
