At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140x200 bed, an AndroidTV , a wardrobe furniture and a dining table and a shower room Non-smoking accommodation.

Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

The "Ruine"

Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Guest Houses

Studio of 30 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a convenience store, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing break in the countryside. We are between Cordemais (5 min.) and Saint Étienne de MontLuc, 25 minutes from Nantes, on the Loire estuary. Bike route from Nantes to St Nazaire, Voyage à Nantes circuit. You will have complete independence, with access to the indoor pool, game room with foosball and ping pong table, car and bike parking

Small 35 m² apartment in a stone farmhouse

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet. Summer kitchen, 2-burner stove and sink available to the tenants Access to a private terrace, garden and swimming pool. The price is for 1 person, €20 will be charged per additional person

Wooden house on stilts, built in 2018. Stunning views of nature, 20 m² elevated terrace, access via a footbridge, deckchairs in the shade of weeping willows… Access to our large garden (8000 m²) with games for children (trampoline, slide, swing...), chickens and Ouessant sheep.
