Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the Loire (Loire by Bike), the GR3 accessible from the village. This house, despite its name, is fully restored and located in a quiet hamlet. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140 x 200). Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You will love the charm and elegance of this magnificent 19th century mansion, enjoying its pretty walled garden, landscaped and shaded by remarkable trees. It is located in the heart of the village of Temple de Bretagne, in a strategic location (20 min from Nantes, 30 min from Saint-Nazaire and the beaches). More than 200 m2 divided between the living rooms on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 2nd floor.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
