Monthly Rentals in Cowesby

It was a lovely,well situated cottage. Extremely easy to get to the surrounding north York moors and the dales. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and had helpful information on the surrounding area. The cottage was very clean and homely. Pub within walking distance just across the bridge in the village. Would recommend walk from the beautiful Sutton bank national park which was only 10 minutes drive from the cottage followed by a lovely drink at the pub in hamby. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. We were looking somewhere peaceful for my husband’s birthday weekend and Sally’s place met all our expectations. Instructions how to get into the property was clear and easy that made our check in a breeze. Everything that we needed was already provided in the property. It was raining and windy outside during our stay but the place is so cozy that you wouldn’t mind staying in (not to mention the Father Ted DVD that gave us a proper laugh!). Property was spotless clean. And oh, the cake that greeted us when we got in is such a sweet touch. Thank you a bunch. We are rating the property 11/10.😊
