We are situated just above the village of Cowling in North Yorkshire, a peaceful setting complimented in the Lodge by having no TV (there is WiFi if you want to bring your own tablet or laptop for your fix). Underfloor heating with the addition of a log burner will keep you warm while the wind blows across the hills outside.

The Squirrels Drey shepherds hut.The Shepherds hut is in the hamlet of Ickornshaw just off the Pennine way, Strictly no under 14 year old's allowed on site at any time. Has everything needed for your stay, toilet, shower, double bed, heating, a log burning stove for cosy nights, All plates, towels, linen, cups etc are provided. Private parking, walking distance to the village and the pub, restaurant, take away. There is also outside seating and a fire pit. Fuel is NOT provided for any fires.
