Fantastic flat, pristine clean, cosy and warm. Tom was very responsive to any queries. Location nice and peaceful ,yet close enough for town. Would def stay again, highly recommended.

A lovely stay here, great base for exploring the Lake District national park and we made the most of our two nights! Keswick is not far so we did catbells (again, it’s just one of my favourites) and we got up in the middle of the night to go climb Blencathra for the sunrise this morning! Always drive home planning our next trip back to the lakes and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Comfortable, clean, Martin was so helpful with instructions and the flat had everything we could need. We fell in love with the farm cats and the cutest calves! Thanks ever so much Martin

Just returned from a lovely stay in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is so well catered, everything for breakfast is provided and the whole place is spotless. I really couldn’t have asked for anymore. The garden is stunning This will definitely be my place to stay now when I’m visiting The Lakes.

Beautifully decorated, peaceful, and full of thoughtful touches – we loved every moment here. The chef’s kitchen was amazing, and the host’s recommendations (especially Aroma Indian!) made our stay even better. Highlights included climbing the Sir John Barrow Monument for stunning views and a sunny drive to Ullswater Sands. A perfect spring escape – we can’t wait to return!
