Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné in Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. This is important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will surely meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature and many tourist destinations in the area.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Malé změny dělají celek. Celek pak prezentuje naplněné sny. Snažíme se udržet hodnotu historie, kterou hledáme pod nánosy jílu, barev, obkladů a listí. Vize je ale jasná. Tu jsme napsali hned na začátku a držíme se ji mozoly i odřeninami. Prostě: "Cimra bude. Nový projekt. Starý dům. Krásné místo. Prostor snům." The wild meadow forest house is divided into three separate apartments. It sleeps about 20 people and is ideal for families or groups who want to experience a break in the forest. The "Eulentreff" apartment has a spacious living area with terrace access, a bedroom with a double bed, a simple kitchen with a large table, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a tiled stove and fireplace for cozy warmth.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
