Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Enjoy your time out in our 50 m², renovated apartment at an altitude of 900 m – ideal for up to 4 people. Modern furnishings meet a cozy ambience with natural stone floors, real wood parquet and underfloor heating. You will find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a sofa bed (150 x 210), a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi and parking. Sauna and Jacuzzi can be used privately for an additional fee – perfect for relaxing.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).
