We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

In the mountains

Enjoy your time out in our 50 m², renovated apartment at an altitude of 900 m – ideal for up to 4 people. Modern furnishings meet a cozy ambience with natural stone floors, real wood parquet and underfloor heating. You will find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a sofa bed (150 x 210), a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi and parking. Sauna and Jacuzzi can be used privately for an additional fee – perfect for relaxing.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Brandnertal Vacation Rental

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.
