Charming duplex in our converted tobacco dryer converted into a home. It has one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, one air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed upstairs and one mezzanine with two single beds. Enjoy a cozy and bright space with an open equipped kitchen. Our village, between Strasbourg and Colmar, is close to Germany, 10 minutes from Europa-Park, the many Alsatian Christmas markets and Haut-Koenigsbourg.

Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreicht ihr zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars sowie Einkaufsläden. Der Wasserpark Rulantica und das Eatrenaline befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Haupteingang vom Europa-Park erreicht Ihr ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem "Rust-Bus".

Small maisonette house with a large balcony with seating. Quiet location. On the first floor there are bedrooms with a double bed. On the second floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bed. Europa Park Rust is about 15 km away and Strasbourg is 30 km away. Bed linen and bath towels (meaning pillowcase, duvet covers...) are included in the price!!!

ATTENTION: A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years. Originally, it was once a stable, which was then expanded in 2012 and from 01.04.2019 also gives you the opportunity to stay in a water bed.
