Directly on the Neckar and Neckartal cycling trail. Less then 10 minutes drive to Bad Dürrheim with brine bath and large wellness area. 15 minutes by car to the golf courses in Donaueschingen and Königsfeld. From Villingen-Schwenningen, you can reach all excursion destinations in the district of Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg to Lake Constance in a short time.

Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.
