My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at The University of Dayton. It was a convenient 15 min. drive. This apartment matched the description, was very clean and easy to get to. The price was great and beds were comfortable. We didn’t need to reach out to Samantha but all instructions for arrival and departure were clear. I will admit I was a bit nervous when I first entered the apartment building because the hallways are old and a bit dingy. (Not Samantha’s fault in any way) I guess I was expecting something a bit nicer. However, the apartment itself was great, and it I was relieved to walk into a clean, cute place that looks just like the photos. One upgrade would be to have coffee available. This is the only AirBnB I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide coffee in some form. Overall, a nice budget friendly place to stay with a good hostess!

It was exactly how the picture showed. It was comfy and a clean atmosphere. Reachable Host as well. I would definitely book again.

Stayed here for an extended work project, no complaints. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed to instantly feel at home. I'm a relatively light sleeper and never had any issues with being woken up by noise. During the day you'll hear typical city traffic, nothing excessive. Bed is soft and comfortable, Internet is fast and reliable.

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

Had a great stay while working in Cincinnati. Easy 7 minute Uber to Reds Stadium. Well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend it to a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The directions were crystal clear and accessible. Appreciated the parking. Unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Elevators were quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Building and space feel brand new, great energy to the building and the neighborhood

You know when you book something and it isn’t like the pictures at all? This is not that place. The wonderful details in this home were amazing! I stayed with my 3 adult kids and they commented all weekend how beautiful the decor was. It had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items to make a full dinner and very clean. We spent one evening playing games at the lovely outside patio table area. We were close enough to everything in the city, but in a peaceful setting. It was a great weekend. Wonderful hosts. Great communication.

Loved this area. Oakley is the best place to stay at. I have a dog so it was so nice to walk the area without being scared. Easy to get to UC and right near stores, gyms can Starbucks and the highway. I felt right at home the minute I got there. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here. It’s so worth it, especially if you aren’t from the area.

Booked this stay due to our home being in the middle of remodel. From the time we step foot in the door the place felt like home. a very nice home located in a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood was extremely quite and the place was private. Kitchen had plenty of items to get you going. I would highly this place.

Cute place! It is so nice to stay in an airbnb with actual charm. The plplain Jane houses are so boring, this place is fun. The home is filled with all the things you would find in your own home, good reading material and music:) Plus CLEAN! The area is great. Take a walk through the park and visit the coffee shop!

This is our second time staying at this quaint home. The home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Plus convenient to all the amenities we needed for our visit. Highly recommend this home! Thank you again, Adam!
