Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. A well-furnished kitchen. Bakery, coffee, groceries, restaurants, and a malt shop all within 15 minutes walking distance or less. A charming, safe, and very walkable neighborhood. Nine-minute drive from the heart of downtown, and easy access to Des Moines' extensive network of bike paths. Tonya is a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

We had a great girls weekend! The house was the perfect size and a great location. Loved having the grocery store next door! The house had everything we needed!

We have stayed at this location several times while visiting our son who attends Simpson College. It works great for our family and will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! We came for the Drake relays and to see our college student. it was great to be so close to the University and walkable to shops and restaurants. it was so easy to get in and the place was so comfy and well taken care of.

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

This is place is in a fantastic location with easy access to downtown DSM. I enjoyed my stay here and the walking convenience to great coffee shops, lunch, and dinner.

5 stars I had a great stay! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The location was also a big plus, with plenty of things to do nearby. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
