We loved our stay! It was so peaceful with lots of wildlife and the owners were so friendly. We hope to be back soon!

This was my favorite airbnb that I have stayed in. Catherine's place is beautiful, clean, cozy, & had a wonderful use of property outside. I took my daughter & 3 of her friends to this house for her 16th birthday. They loved it. When we walked inside, there was a chalk board saying Happy 16th birthday to our daughter, a balloon, & snacks. What a wonderful surprise. The girls played board games in the barn for hours & dressed up with the hats & glasses. They loved the swing too. We had a fabulous time. Catherine was easy to communicate & felt like family at the end of the trip. Stay at her place. You won't regret it.

If you are looking for a place to unwind, unplug, and spend quality time this is the place. Carolyn and Ron were excellent hosts. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and responded quickly to any questions we had. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The road leading to the cabin reassures you that you are headed to peace and quiet. The scenery is beautiful and all the deer and livestock were fun to watch. Fredericksburg was about 20 min away, and when you leave back to the cabin you leave all the crowded shops behind to your quiet and relaxing oasis. We had a great time, and we will be back.

Chelsea’s place was perfect. There is everything you could need including linens, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. She was very helpful, detailed, and quick to respond. The place was very clean and exactly as described. It is close to downtown and it was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and the outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at Chelsea’s for our next Fredericksburg trip.
