Vacation rentals with beach access in Douro River

Carlos very kindly collected us from the bus station which he didn't have to do, so I appreciate that. He showed us around the town on the way to the apartment and gave us recommendations. I really appreciate it. The weather wasn't good but nobody can do anything about that. Great host and beautiful apartment.

Thanks to Dolores for keeping the reservation despite a complicated personal situation. Listing as described, really at the foot of the beach. Quiet place, not invaded by tourists. Our dogs were also able to enjoy the beach, it was really good. Consider providing them with a place in the shade, drinking water, and droppings😊. We will be back with great pleasure.

We decided to prolong because we feel well as at home. Mr. José was incentives of elegance and sympathy to welcome us. And Maria always available if necessary. We decided that when we return to Leça here we will try to stay!! Very but very obligated

The accommodation is very well located, next to the Vigo estuary, beautiful views and Martina is very friendly with all three, especially with the little one. Very at ease.

Fantastic apartment in the best location. Quiet place two minutes from the beach. Completely equipped, especially the kitchen, it has everything you need. Very careful cleaning. Adelaide was a very friendly host and always at our disposal. Totally recommended.

Small house tastefully arranged, and fully equipped. A little attention from the host awaits you in the kitchen. Its location is ideal for access between the beach, the old center, the surf and fishing spot of Matosinhos. The neighborhood is quiet but everything is there, convenience store, bars, tea rooms, restaurants... There is nothing missing to have a great stay. Small downside however by the humidity and its small smell in the downstairs room, apart from that everything is great. We will gladly come back hoping to have warmer weather and be able to fully enjoy the small private terrace.

We really enjoyed the weekend we had a great time. We had already rented it another time and will repeat for sure. Prisilla has been a charm and helped us with everything.

We spent two wonderful days at the beach. On November 1, due to the temperatures of about 20 degrees still swimming in the Atlantic, we will of course remain unforgettable. The property also has a small electric heater, which was also very useful in the morning hours. The place is away from the hustle and bustle, yet restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Our guest also took care of all inquiries promptly. Thank you!

we had a really good time! sea view and everything close by. the appartment has stairs, and i was happy to have warm socks. its beautiful and tje communication with marco super easy. we will definitely be back :)

A comfortable and spacious home. Very comfortable beds. Full rooms, each with a bathroom. Outdoor space that gives the house a plus. Pedro and Cristina are very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Recommended experience.

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

Had a lovely time at this cosy apartment, overlooking the beach. Daniel and Elisabete were very helpful hosts. It was very quiet in the area as it's the off-season but the weather was lovely and it was very relaxing.

I had a pleasant experience staying here. I had problems because my checkin dates got messed up due to flight cancellation. But the host was very accommodative at all times. Even when I feel unwell and had to leave early. I met Maria’s husband, Oscar at checkin. He explained everything in detail. The house is well equipped and is plenty for 2 people. The beach is just a few steps away. And a huge supermarket within 500m

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking space. The landlord Manuel proactively took care of it and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, only separated by the shore road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August a fair takes place directly in front of the house with appropriate volume in the afternoon and evening.

We spent 5 nights as a family and we felt at home. Very comfortable accommodation, quiet area near beaches and some restaurants. Dolores catered to us great and gave us some plan to make when the weather did not accompany to go to the beach. Highly recommended

It was an excellent stay. excellent facilities, much sympathy on the part of Peter and wife, the very good house, excellent clean 👍👍👍👍 very close to the beach, Malafaia and very good access, balcony overlooking the sea. If you return to the north, it will be a house of choice. I loved it
