We had a lovely stay! The most communicative hosts and they went above and beyond with instructions, information, and local recommendations.

Great weekend at Luis's house. The house has everything you need and was immaculately clean, I am allergic to dust and for me the cleanliness is very important. It is in a very nice and quiet area, surrounded by trees and a few minutes drive from A Pobra do Caramiñal. But the best thing is undoubtedly the garden, big, beautiful, full of trees and shade and completely fenced, if you go with dogs, children or both, it could not be better. If we return to the area, we will definitely come back to Luis's place.

The family had a fantastic week at a great location. Joao was a great host and super helpful.

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing jacuzzi — it was spotless, easy to use, and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The host was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. We truly felt at home! We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

Our stay at Carmen's house has been an unforgettable experience. Carmen is a perfect and caring host, and has been tremendously kind and patient with us. The house is like in the photos, ideal for a stay surrounded by nature. The location and surrounding landscapes are amazing. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility, although there are also many possibilities of entertainment and amusement nearby. The house is perfectly maintained and nothing is missing. Thank you very much Carmen, we can't wait to come back.

Everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen could use a few more basic essentials such as a spatula and a large spoon for example, but we managed. Overall a nice stay.

My wife and I live in Europe, are from the US and we have stayed over 95 Airbnbs around the world. This apartment is on the absolute best location. The best. The views are ideal. The host is responsive & professional. The proximity of the parking lot, to the apartment - is as good as it gets. Upon initial entry there was a bit of a challenge with the computerized entry system, but I think that was due to them letting me in an hour early. They resolved it very quickly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It also had very large bath towels. I definitely recommend it

Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

We had an amazing weekend at Alberto's house. From the first moment he was an attentive host, friendly and very willing to help us in everything we needed. The house was spotless, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to disconnect and enjoy. Also, the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and tranquility, ideal for resting. We felt right at home, we had to leave the place we were in and Miguel streamlined the whole process to get into his home as soon as possible, he was very attentive and I was pending all the time. Also on the day of departure we could be until 6pm, it was quite a host. The apartment was very spacious, had all the details and everything was very clean. In a very quiet area and in a few kilometers from Madrid and Toledo. We will definitely do it again.

This large apartment offered unexpected luxury.  The furnishings are beautiful, the appliances high quality and the kitchen very well equipped (blender, mixer immersion blender etc) to make any meal. What a pleasure to have an expresso machine that could steam our morning lattes and  then sit with them by the huge windows and look out onto the marshes of the salt farms. What a beautiful view! It was a quick 15 minute walk to the train station and an easy 20 minute walk to the Centro. Thank you for a great stay

We had an excellent time at the apartment. It is a comfortable and clean place in a pleasant building. The terrace is a real bonus, the street is quite busy with traffic, but the windows are very well isolated. The apartment is very conveniently located, bakery and shops for groceries all within walking distance, as are Porto's historic center and the railway station. Communication with the host was really easy. We warmly recommend!

Perfect house, excellent location

Rui, your host, was brilliant and as effervescent as a freshly poured flute of fine French champagne - so much so that one almost needs to lie down and rest after having a chat. He loves his tree house and is extremely proud of his construction. One of the nights of our stay they had the fiercest storm in nearly 20 years - 100 kph winds, slashing rain and intense lighting and thunder yet in the morning both we and the tree house was still in the tree - can't say much about sleep but what an experience. It is, indeed, a magical experience. If you are coming by rental car, and a stickler for detail, be aware that you must drive over gravel roads for a few kms, which for most rental cars is not covered in the contract but if you drive in a mature and rationale matter who will ever know. Like how many people can say that they actually resided in a tree house. Just do it.

The house is great, in an incredible location. Very quiet area to enjoy nature and tranquility with family and friends. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days. Cleanliness, comfort, and all the home details of 10. Incredible BBQ theme with everything you need. It is about half an hour from the Puerto de Navacerrada, where we were able to enjoy the snow with the children. And, what about our host Gonzalo. An attentive person, who responds very quickly solved all our doubts. Pending our inquiries at all times. I recommend 💯% a stay in El Rincón of your dreams as the kindness and responsibility of their host. Thank you for all Gonzalo, we will be back!!!

Cozy little cottage with very quiet idyllic location.

It's not the first time we've spent a weekend here and, as always, a great stay. The house is perfect for two, the place is full of calm and perfect for disconnecting. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Agustín and Nuria!
