It is perfect for a family or two couples, with(out) a child. Located in the very city center, the apartment is a part of a historical 19th-century building, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of the modern lifestyle, still keeping the original stone-tile facade. The apartment includes a very nice private courtyard - ideal for reading, relaxing and eating. It has two bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery and serving sets, that you might need). In the apartment, you also have a washing/drying machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, AC and a Bluetooth speaker. La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.
