Beautiful, comfortable private home with hot tub

Comfortable home with all the amenities our group needed. Shelly had a basket of snacks ready for our arrival! Location to restaurants and Red Rocks was a huge bonus. The hot tub was a nice perk, although when we first started it, it was in SL mode and only 90 degrees. After researching, we were able to pull it out of SL and it heated nicely. Shelly was wonderful at responding to any questions we had. A few notes: the home did have a scent of dog, so if you're allergic, please be aware. The shower in the main bath was very difficult to figure out. Overall, the home and location were well worth it and I'd recommend this home to anyone exploring the Golden area.

Had an absolutely amazing weekend with a few friends thanks to Gretchen & Jim. Place was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive - anything you can think of they had covered! Would absolutely stay here again my next Denver trip. All around fantastic host, place, and area!

I absolutely loved Alex’s space. It was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. He was very welcoming and provided nearby recommendations. All questions we had were answered promptly. We absolutely loved the hens in the yard and the hot tub always ready for use. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend if you’re in Denver.

Rick and Jennifer were amazing hosts. My boyfriend and I had a relaxing time away from home. I loved the included snacks and drinks, as well as the convenience of almost everything you need or may have forgotten to pack! Felt very included and the hosts were very thoughtful in their AirBnB layout.

William’s place was great! We had plenty of room for the 2 of us and our large dog. The hot tub was amazing and a beautiful large backyard for our dog to explore. The area is perfect for easily and quickly getting to any of the major attractions nearby. William sent very detailed instructions upon arrival and checkout, so we never had any questions or needed to contact him about anything! I will recommend William and his gorgeous property to anyone I know traveling to Denver!

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

House was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Easy getting in and out of the house. The bed and sheets were soooo comfy. The hot tub was great to dip in every evening. The basket of snacks was a nice touch and much appreciated!

Great stay and hosts!! As others have said, it is a basement unit remodeled, but it was very very cozy and we had zero issues. It was also in a wonderful area, no weird crowds or anything. If it was warmer, we would've definitely walked around the area we were in. Great spot if you want to be near a ton of fantastic food and restaurants. Will definitely save this spot for future stays!

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!
