Monthly Rentals in Downtown Denver

Great location - close to Union Station, Commons Park, grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood - quiet and walkable. The condo had a great layout, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and hangers. The building had great amenities (pool and gym) and friendly management staff. Colleen was quick to respond to any questions. Overall great experience.

I stayed here almost two months and really enjoyed it. It’s a perfect studio for 1 or 2 people and is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and the building/parking is very secure. Kelli is also helpful and great at communicating. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying in Susan's place for a year, and it was truly fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured a brand new king-size bed that was a dream to sleep in. We were especially impressed with the two Roku TVs, including an adjustable one in the bedroom, which made our downtime that much more enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a huge plus. The gym directly across from the unit was a major bonus, making it super convenient to get in a workout when we were too lazy to walk three blocks to Planet Fitness! The location is amazing—walking distance to everything you could want, including a mall, restaurants, and coffee shops right next door. Susan herself was an excellent host—easy to communicate with and quick to address any concerns we had. The location, right across from the Paramount, is unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and couldn't recommend Susan's place more highly!

good stay! the flat could easily be turned into a 10/10 with (1) better cleaning and (2) water filter + new shower head. either way, location is unbeatable and the building is very convenient. Jason is great as well.
