Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dübendorf

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Nui and Stephan not only welcomed us kindly, they also had a fresh braid and many more treats ready for us. What a lovely surprise! Thank you again at this point! In the house it has four bedrooms and a lot of space to linger... Ideal for a group. We felt right at home Due to the ideal location, we had a good starting point for excursions in the vicinity. Since the next guests didn't arrive until a day later, we were allowed to stay longer in the apartment... so we enjoyed the warm sun on the terrace, surrounded by air scent... wonderful!

We stayed for 4 nights and we really liked it. The home has everything you need with all amenities. It has stunning views and is excellently connected to both private vehicle and public transport (bus 50 meters away). Very quiet residential area, being able to leave the house for trekking. Good communication with the hosts. We will definitely like to go back.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location overlooking the Sihlsee is magnificent. It is also very quiet. The upper area and the bathroom in the middle are lovingly and completely renovated. The lower area (entrance, bathroom and staircase) is still rustic, which did not disturb us. The equipment throughout the house is very good. There was nothing missing.

The place has a very great layout and is very cozily furnished. It has everything you need for a stay in the area. The seat in front of the house was wonderful for dinner in the evening sun. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Our special requests were quickly fulfilled and the communication with Franziska was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Public transport connections for excursions in the area are also good. We highly recommend the accommodation for holidays in the region with family. And will also be happy to come back sometime. Carmen is a fab host and super responsive. She gave advise on things to do and other things that we asked. Kitchen is well equipped, washing mashing and dishwasher too!! We had a dog that loved the terrace but if your dog has a tendency to run off or ‘explore’ you’d need to keep an eye on them. Hiking trails straight from the door which is great! It’s a pretty steep climb up to the unit so a car is would be beneficial (unless you’re super fit lol). Loved our stay, only downside really was having to leave! Thank you Carmen

Absolutely wonderful airbnb!

Gabriele wanted me to call 1 hour before arrival, I did call a couple of time, before our estimated arrival time, no answer, we had a delay due to traffic accident, so I send a new estimated GPS arrival time as a message on Airbnb app, I got answer to that message. I called again 1 hour before new estimated arrival, no answer. Luckily Gabriele livs in ground floor of her house that she rent out, so upon arrival I ringed the bell, and she came out, and we stayed in first floor, and when we wanted to get in touch with here, we could just go down and knock on her door, witch she did. If she had answer my phone call, it would felt less stressful when driving with this slow traffic. Other than that everything was just awesome, lovely place with interesting interior design.

It was 3 wonderful days in Mellingen! In addition to a beautiful apartment with everything you need, the host couple's friendliness and hospitality stand out! I can really fully recommend this apartment!

Our stay was just great. Antonia is extremely friendly and her cozy house is quietly located. Our dogs felt right at home :) We'd love to come back

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Lidiya is a wonderful host! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You immediately feel that she really goes out of her way to make her guests have a nice stay. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

Karin was very hospitable. The accommodation was really quiet and will please all people who are interested in vintage and tasteful furniture. I highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot.
