Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.

Set in a quiet yet central location your private suite is comfortable, with private bathroom and separate toilet. Just 10 minutes drive to central Dunedin and the Dunedin Airport! We have two rooms available in our guest suite, for a max of four guests. If you have booked just one room, we will not have any other guests staying in the other room.
