Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haute de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. The large terrace, which is fully covered, invites you to barbecue. After that, they can enjoy their freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... My accommodation is located in the quiet district Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the recreation area and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . The city center is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located directly in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
