Great place to stay, spotlessly clean close to Whitby and great pub in village. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place so quaint and very quiet which was a bonus as it was Whitbys Goth weekend which was extremely busy and we could relax . Thank you Rebecca and Jack for allowing us to stay

Lovely location, very peaceful and private. Very cosy and had everything we could need, tea coffee biscuits and milk were there for us. Loved the feel of the studio with the log burner and the pictures and ornaments made it so homely. Bed so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Curlew cottage. Jackie was really helpful in providing the what3words location that got us right to the door. Peaceful location that was great to come back to after walks in the area. We did a circular walk from the cottage that took in Grosmont and Goathland that we really enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay at The Cake Store. Everything has been well designed to give you the comforts of home condensed in a great space. It was a thoughtful touch to leave cake to be enjoyed with a cuppa on arrival too! Despite being next to a road it is in a very peaceful setting. There is a bench to sit out the front and another in a field behind the property. The village is a short walk (15 mins) downhill and has a shop, tearooms and village pub.
