The house is beautiful. We went to disconnect from the city and made it. The institutions were super clear. There is a beautiful lake we saw upon entering and Flavia is super friendly. Recommended 200%

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Verónica is super friendly and always attentive to us although it was so good and easy everything that practically everything was always resolved. My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

The house is spacious, cozy, beautiful, with a park designed with care and the pool according to it. Very higher than the level of the neighborhood. A deficit is the lack of comfortable grill. The host is very kind, she adapted a bedroom to my family needs by adding a bed and told me of the entrance of the gardener and sink, he also left a tender and a repository at my request. Absolutely recommended to stay with quick access from Panamericana and commercial areas in the neighborhood

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is impeccable, tidy and clean. The interiors and garden are very well maintained. Good quality mattresses and linens. The furnishings of the houses are modern and functional. The gazebo area and its fire pit are ideal.

In that area it is not that there are many things to do or know, but we were good for being more or less close to Tecnópolis. Quiet area, very good and comfortable independent apartment. Very attentive host. Recommended.

Great location! Close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Nina and Hernan were great to communicate with and had lots of great tips.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is the perfect location in Palermo. The house is amazing, really wonderful with so much space and character. The outdoor space is superb, the pool, the bbq, it really was special. Thanks for a wonderful stay and can’t rate this place and location highly enough.

We had a great stay. The house is lovely, and Pablo was so helpful. We felt like we were home away from home.

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

From the first moment Claudio was predisposed to solve each situation. He had the kindness of Irnos to look for the Aeropuerto and take us. We left Agua Mineral and Elements of Personal Hygiene. I take us in a boat taxi, introduced us to the neighbors. During the stay she got in touch permanently. I solve the return to Capital. All in all, Claudio is a Host with all the letters. They will not regret renting one of their apartments since in addition to the place, human warmth and personalized attention is all we require when we travel. This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium in a very quiet neighborhood. It is in PB so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super generous and also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may occur during the stay. Although it is not an area that is characterized by having a lot of bars or restaurants, a few blocks away it has the still-life Los Bohemios which is a 10, and several cafes in a pedestrian distance. We will definitely be back!

Daniel and Ana were great hosts and very welcoming. They checked in during our week long stay to ensure we have drinking water and cleaned sheets, and they also were responsive and flexible. The house is gorgeous and the area is perfect. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and local shops. I would highly recommend!

Daniela is super nice. The casita is wonderful, a lot of silence, security and the neighborhood is quiet. Full kitchen, very comfortable beds. Close to downtown where there is commerce, banks, restaurants. We loved it and would go back.

Everything was as described in the listing and shown in the photos. The place was clean and there were no issues during my stay. No complaints
