The house is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by local vegetation and hills. There´s a small river opposite it. It´s fully equiped, with a fireplace in the livingroom and a woodstove in the corridor. You will also find a very small pool outside. It´s the right place to rest and breath fresh air. You can walk, do some trekking, visit some restaurants or cafes nearby. For those who enjoy swimming or kayaking, Potrerillos lake is 15 minutes from the house.

We have a beautiful view of Lake Potrerillos and the Cordon Del Plata that you can enjoy in its different expressions depending on the time of year you travel. Just 300 meters away is the main street of Potrerillos, making it quick and easy to walk around the area. Potrerillos is known for being an area to rest and enjoy the outdoors, horseback riding, trekking, and water activities on the dam. Come to our house to rest and enjoy the beautiful natural mountain environment.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
