The Red Door Cottage is located in the Milligan area of Johnson City, TN. Just minutes from downtown as well as Interstate 26. This quiet and cozy cottage is attached to the owners house offering complete privacy. Ideal for 1-2 guests. The cottage offers the essentials as well as a few added amenities. There is also an outdoor private patio offering a table and chairs with umbrella .

Scott Hill Cabin #1

This is our third cabin built by hand. It has a kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also has basic cooking necessities. The cabin has a full size bed. The restroom has a sink and stand up shower. We will provide towels and linens. We are pet friendly, but request prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail.

The Resting Place has two adjoining cabins directly on the Watauga River. Cabin 2 is a 2 bedroom new build perfect for fly fishing trip or a relaxing getaway.
