Our family plays in shared yard late afternoon with 2 friendly dogs. 7-30 days firm per business license. For two guests, choose "2" when booking.

Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Newly constructed (Aug '17) ~ we welcome you to a unique tiny house in the sky! It is surrounded by a huge shared outdoor deck. The tiny house has tons of light, high ceilings, a Murphy bed, full bathroom, "tiny house" kitchen, and bonus beds in a loft space. Walkable, green, central area. COVID: unit shares NO air with anyone else! (no ductwork etc). It is a peaceful neighborhood here and we respect quiet hours after 10p.

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

Our guest suite is a 5 minute walk to the train station (BART), major bus lines, a plethora of coffee shops, eateries, yoga, gym, and farmers market on Tuesdays. A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.
