Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

It is the perfect base for exploring and experiencing the Southern Black Forest Nature Park with its variety of attractions. Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Our quiet apartment (40 m²) apartment with separate entrance is located in a district of Engen and can accommodate 2 people. The private south-facing terrace overlooking nature invites you to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as Wi-Fi. Towels and linen included. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking in beautiful Hegau, excursions to Lake Constance and the Black Forest.

In dieser geräumigen, hellen und naturverbundenen Unterkunft kannst Du Dich alleine ider zu zweit wohl fühlen und erholen. Die kleine Küche ist einfach aber praktisch und funktional eingerichtet (ohne Spülmaschine). Das Bad hat ein großes Waschbecken, Dusche und WC . Auf Absprache ist Waschmaschinennutzung möglich. Achtung: die offene Holztreppe ist für Kleinkinder gefährlich!

The lovingly furnished apartment is quietly located in a residential area, making it the perfect base to explore Rottweil and the region’s cultural highlights. The Black Forest and the Swabian Jura invite you to enjoy nature and excursions. The apartment is fully equipped and provides everything for a relaxing stay. A private parking space is available at the house.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
