Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in English Channel

We’ve visited the Barn several times. Location is really peaceful and still close to beaches and to visit friends (tip our dogs love Middleton beach that is sandy and empty at low tide and you can park in the Shrubs Lane car park). The Barn is spotless and the garden is a lovely place for an evening glass of wine. Will visit again I’m sure.

We had a most wonderful stay, the Byre was clean and very well kitted out with all the essentials to make it a home from home, the Byre was also perfectly accessible which was a high priority for us as well as being so lovely and warm. The location is very peaceful, I’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment was warm & comfortable, but has many windows which can be opened to get the breeze, plus the patio is quiet & nice to sit out on. The off street parking was very convenient. A 2nd toilet is always useful. It's within walking distance from great pubs & restaurants. The main smart Sony TV in the lounge is quite a few years old & therefore doesn't have many apps...Netflix, YouTube & BBC iPlayer were the only ones that are relevant...I tried to add ITVX & some others, but there is no way to do this. Also, you can't properly cast to this TV with a phone or tablet as the TV doesn't support this feature. You simply have the basic Freeview channels for live TV. The hot water pressure is very strong, but as I like a long shower, the hot water didn't quite last as long as I'd hoped & I had to have much shorter showers on the remaining days here. A negative! The house was far bigger than we expected, which is always welcome. Not the cheapest, but fair value for money.

This is a lovely Air BnB that we really enjoyed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the easy walk to the beach and canal all very manageable with our large group of children! We even got into the sea! We drove to Dover Castle for a brilliant day out and did the same going to Canterbury, both terrific expeditions. Lots more to do in the area. The hosts were very good at communicating with us when we needed anything, even though it was the Easter weekend, and the instructions for the home are very clearly laid out. Good wifi, lovely garden, and all ideal for our holiday!

Johann was a very welcoming and informative host. the property was spotlessly clean and furnishings of a very high quality. The pool was a nice temperature at 28 degrees, the garden, terrace and bbq area all very tasteful and well done. Beautiful region with high cliffs, great for walks and 5 lovely sandy beaches (exposed at low tide). Our favourite beach was Plage Bonepart. lovely little restaurants at Plage Brehac and Plage Palu. a Carrefour supermarket 2 mins away for all ypur needs. A superb house and great area. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Jennys place, beautiful setting and ammaculate house with plenty for the kids to do on site. Jenny and her family were exceptional with the boys, our eldest especially enjoyed feeding the farm animals every morning which he has not stopped talking about. Perfect little getaway for the whole family in a peaceful setting. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben Zehn Tage im „TyCosyMarie“ verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Zur Begrüßung stand eine süße Überraschung für uns bereit und ein Cidre im Kühlschrank kalt. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Im Häuschen sind gemütliche Abende vorm Kamin garantiert, die Küche lädt zum kochen ein und im Schlafzimmer haben wir erholsam schlafen können. Auch der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir empfehlen dort einen Nachmittagskaffee in Mitten des Vogelgezwitschers zu genießen. Marie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sie hatte tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen für uns. Wir haben viele tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternommen mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken. Eine Reise wert!

Der Aufenthalt bei Kayleigh war rundum perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und direkt nebenan liegt ein toller Pub mit super netten Besitzern. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen, den ich absolut empfehlen kann!

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa de Martine y Jean-Yves. Martine ha sido muy amable y nos ha tratado muy bien. la casa está muy bien ubicada a 14 km de Dinan. ideal para visitar St malo, Cancale o Mont Saint-Michel. Hemos estado genial. Es un sitio estupendo en el que alojarse. Muchas gracias Martine.

Nous sommes resté 2 nuit dans cet logement. Logement est grand , très bien situé, à pile au centre ville dans deux pas de la plage. Facile à trouver. Logement est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut même pour longue séjour. Je le recommande vivement. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour ce excellent séjours. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had such a lovely stay! The flat is in a great location so you can easily walk to all of the amenities, bars and restaurants in Kingsbridge. We really appreciated the little touches such as the beers on arrival and great coffee machine.

We had a great stay, exactly as described. Host was responsive, and it's in a great location by the Quay!

Schitterende locatie in hartje Honfleur! Het was even spannend in het nauwe straatje, maar we hadden alles vlug gevonden. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op 5 minuten van het appartement. Marc-Antoine kon niet zo goed Engels, en wij niet zo goed Frans, maar samen zijn we eruit gekomen. Echt een top host en zéker waar voor ons geld gekregen! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en de conditie krijg je er gratis bij (50 smalle treden op een oeroude spiraaltrap) haha ;)

Ma maman est moi avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce 2 pièces aménagé pour personne à mobilité réduite. Le logement est très bien situé à 50 mètre de la plage de ver et il y a des commerces de proximité dans les alentours. Céline et Olivier sont très respectueux et restent disponible et à l'écoute pour ses hôtes Pour ma part je renouvellerai avec grand plaisir l'expérience dans cet havre de paix qui s'appelle l'étoile de ver Alexandre

We had a lovely weekend break at Ally's gorgeous flat. The views were breathtaking - we ate every meal looking out over the sea. Clean, comfortable, and cosy - we felt right at home. Forgot we were in the U.K.!

L’emplacement est parfait à Trouville face à la mer. L’appartement est très lumineux et la vue est juste exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu un soucis à l’arrivée, qui, bien qu’indépendant de notre hôte, été réglé de façon très élégante et en toute confiance par celui-ci. Nous l’en remercions vivement.

We found Malcolm and Delia’s place easily. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc was most welcome. The flat was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space in the bedroom to keep our luggage. Malcolm suggested a few places for us to visit which we did and we had an enjoyable stay.

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

We had a great short stay at Zinc 9. The appartment was exactly what we needed, and actually felt much bigger than the photos. It had everything we needed and was very handy to have the parking attached as well. The appartment is in a great location and has a large veranda overlooking the golf-course and out to sea and the location was perfect, quiet whilst we were there but a short walk to Fistral beach one way and a few minutes to the town and harbour the other.

Debi's place is lovely and full of light, and has that lovely charm we seek in seaside stays. So close to the beach, the shops, the station, easy to access everything you'd need from a stay in St Leaonards. Very happy kids, so happy mum and dad.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Françoise est accueillante et proactive dans les échanges. c'était parfait.

Joe’s place was very convenient located. Despite its great location it was very quiet for sleeping. Joe was also very accommodating , letting us check in and out at convenient times. We highly recommend this place.
