Vacation rentals with a firepit in English Channel

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house with our friends and family. The grounds are spectacular and very peaceful. There were so many things to do that even the busiest of us couldn't get to all of the activities available. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get-away, and we plan on returning for another stay in the future!

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay in the lodges while visiting family in the area. Andrea was incredibly helpful from first communication and just the loveliest, most accomodating host. The lodges are idyllic and situated in lovely surroundings with nice walks. We will not hesitate to book again.

This was the second I visited Tracy's place but this time I went with my friends and their children. It was the perfect place for us to get together, with 8 adults, 5 children all under the age of 3! The children loved the indoor and outdoor toys as well as the space for them to burn off the energy. Tracy was an exemplary host who was very responsive, even before arrival she as very attentive. The children loved the trampoline and treehouse and when it came to home time we had tears because they didn't want to leave such a great place. Thank you again, we cannot wait to visit again in the future!

Thank you Maria and Graham for a lovely stay in your wonderful home. We had a fabulous holiday and the house was the perfect base for everyone. The setting was idyllic and house was spacious and had everything we could want. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub! We would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Brill location for exploring Brighton . Seven Dials itself was a quiet & cute area of Brighton . Great location about 10 mins walk from station . The flat was spotless & plenty of room for 3 pals staying . Would def re book ! Arlene was helpful & communication was spot on . Thank you !!!!! :))))

Absolutely loved my stay here! It was quiet, peaceful, and filled with beautiful natural light from the big windows—perfect for a cozy nap. The highlight for me was the incredible bathroom—the shower and deep, spacious tub were just what I needed to unwind after long workdays. The space was roomy enough to work comfortably, yet still felt like a true retreat. Would definitely love to stay again!

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the outside terrace. This accommodation had everything we needed and was very convenient for visiting local attractions such as Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Carol was excellent at communicating and very helpful when we needed to change our booking due to personal circumstances. Thank you for a great stay Carol and the delicious complimentary cream tea you left for us. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Dealing with Alexia was great. We didn't meet her in person as James attended to us when we arrived, but he was very helpful too. The accommodation was very well kitted out and felt quite luxurious. They've gone the extra mile to make it special. The bed was so comfy (including the pillows!). Once in, you feel nice and secluded in your own little space, even though the property is situated in a residential area (a very nice one). We loved the hot tub, and the fact that you can use the fire pit was great too! All-in-all, a lovely stay and I would highly recommend!

Had such a great stay for a long weekend! The cabin is exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The garden was great for our dog and really helpful to have a hose outside too. Cabin had everything we needed, a lovely bathroom and very comfy bed - highly recommend! The cabin is really close to Corfe Castle and a short drive to the coast.

Loved our very peaceful stay at the Apple Tree Cabin - beautiful space, clean and well kitted out for a couple of nights. Enjoyed eating our breakfast on the terrace. We’ll be back!

A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at The Lodge! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. A unique part of our visit was the friendly goats and pigs - don’t let this put you off! They don’t smell at all and are great company. Gwen, one of the goats, was so affectionate and loved a cuddle - if we could have taken her home, we would have! The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. A lovely touch was the tea, coffee, fresh eggs, and milk provided on arrival. The log burner was fantastic for chilly evenings but heats up quickly, so don’t overdo the wood! There are fantastic walks nearby, and shops and pubs are just a short drive away. Carole, our host, was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. For anyone looking to escape and unwind, this is the perfect retreat - well worth the money. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Carole, for a wonderful stay!

Wow, wow and WOW! Absolutely loved my weekend at Torvale Cabin, my only regret is I didn’t stay longer. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, kind and efficient in their responses. The cabin was spotless, and smelt lovely. Everything you could possibly think of, they have thought of. So well thought out and made you feel right at home. The mini golf was great fun, and we loved it. The hot tub was lovely, and very clean. Loved the free mug, the little thoughtful bits such as ear plugs, breakfast items, etc. I will definitely be back, for longer! Relatively easy to find (thanks to the host’s instructions) but really private and peaceful at the same time. I cannot recommend this place enough! 100000/10 we loved it!

We had the most wonderful weekend. Claire was a fantastic host. The cabin was everything and more especially with the personal touches Claire added. Perfect get away to unwind and have a bit of down time. Would highly recommend and hope you come back very soon. Xx

Me and my partner enjoyed a lovely 3 night break at the cabin for our babymoon. It was just what I needed at 30 weeks pregnant, very scenic and peaceful with beautiful walks nearby and Ringwood not too far. We were plenty entertained in the cabin, and made use of the various games available to connect and have a great time together. We both feel incredibly refreshed after our stay here, and we are eager to return with our little boy in the future so that we can take him on some nature trails! Thank you for an incredible stay.

We had the most wonderful stay with Amanda. The Cabin is in the most peaceful and private location and was immaculately clean, had everything and more that you would need and many extremely well thought out additional touches. There is a pub within a 10 min walk and Perranporth, St Ives and Falmouth were withing a 30 min drive, so we found the location excellent too for exploring west Cornwall.
