Kilmallock House is our 300 year old home steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features, we feel privileged to be passing through!
“This place is so special! Louise and Michael have created a haven which is beautifully decorated and very cosy and comfortable. It has the right mix of modern touches and old world features. The shower was amazing, the beds were so comfy as were the couches in the tv room. Myself, my husband and our three young boys spent just over a week and we loved every minute! There was so much space for the boys to play and explore and our hosts were so accommodating with the freedom they had. They loved playing with Tiggy and having adventures following the hens around. I loved having the daily chats with the horses and just roaming around the garden and orchard. It was a lovely touch to have some lovely breakfast items waiting for us when we arrived and some treats for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed along with the pantry. Thanks again Louise and Michael for your great hospitality and for sharing your amazing house. I feel we’ll be back to visit again!”

“We had a great stay at Lucy's house in Blackwater. There's plenty of space, we travelled there with six people. We definitely recommend this place, especially the view from the livingroom down the countryside is really impressive. The center of Blackwater has everything you need. There are nice pubs, a supermarket, a gas station etc.”
