We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a pleasant terrace and decorated with taste. Well located with all the useful shops within walking distance as well as transportation to reach the hyper-center quickly. Nicolas gave us a great welcome. I would recommend it in a second!

Patricia was very responsive to our request to stay in her accommodation. Communication was smooth and enjoyable. Patricia had left us the instructions so we could get to the schedule that suited us best: a real plus! The accommodation was quite charming and in line with expectations, the terrace is a real bonus to enjoy the Nantes sun! Clean and tidy, the listing is located in a quiet and secure cul-de-sac, only a 10min walk from the city center. Convenience stores are also closer. We were lucky enough to meet Patricia during our stay: a welcoming and smiling host who did not fail to do us the service of keeping our luggage up to our train schedule, a very appreciable extra effort! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a few days in the area.

Very nice apartment, well arranged and heated. Small but practical room. The bed is comfortable, the wifi network works well, the environment is quiet. It's easy to find a parking space behind the building. The accommodation is clean, has plenty of kitchen utensils and best of all everything is provided for breakfast (juice, brioche, jam, tea or coffee). I recommend it.

We particularly enjoyed the welcome at Christian and Francine's place! Small personalized touches were waiting for us upon arrival. The garden directly overlooks the Grand Reservoir de Vioreau. Thanks again for accepting pets.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference. I highly recommend this rental and will return there without hesitation the next time I visit the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Marie-Victoire's! Based on her lovely place I get the sense that she is a bon vivant. The small details made the biggest difference: one of the best showers, one of the best hairdryers, linen sheets, excellent tea.... superb! Additionally Marie-Victoire kindly sent plenty of recommendations and information my way well in advance. Knowing that I would be using the biking service Naolib velo while in Nantes she also offered a helmet which was very thoughtful. This apartment is a pleasant stroll from Jardin des Plantes and the train station, verrry convienent. I also recommend visiting Ile de Versailles and the surrounding area. One of the best galettes I had was at Creperie Heb Ken... please get one with carmelized onions, wow! I think I'll be back and I would love to stay at Marie-Vicoire's again.

The accommodation offered was quite suitable for a short stay in Nantes. The parking space was a big plus and the location allowed you to do anything on foot. Quentin was very clear and responsive, especially for check-in questions. Thanks again for staying.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! As soon as we arrived, Freddy was kind enough to let us drop off our belongings in the morning, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and comfortable, with very nice little extras: lighting with remote control, automatic gates, quality sheets and towels... Ideally located only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it's perfect for enjoying beautiful days while having a quiet accommodation. For the price, it's really a great opportunity. Freddy is a very responsive, attentive and friendly host. We'll be happy to go back!
