Former hunting lodge for more than 200 years, the 50m2 building on the banks of the Erdre, is located in an exceptional environment, isolated in the middle of a 1.5 hectare wood with remarkable trees: Sequoias, oaks 3 centuries old and a unique collection of Louisiana bald cypresses. It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private pontoon. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable break

Independent studio of 22 m2 furnished in a private house, surrounded by a wooded park of 2 hectares. Private access to the river and pond. Many hiking opportunities in the Erdre Valley, hiking, biking, canoeing... Two canoes can be made available free of charge for travellers who wish to enjoy a ride on the wild Erdre. The accommodation is located 2.8 km from Nort-sur-Erdre train station. Tram-train ride: 30" from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the seaside.

Apartment on the Banks of the Erdre

Our apartment is located on the banks of the Erdre, near the entrance to the island of Versailles. It is an ideal setting for running, cycling, walking and enjoying the sweet life of Nantes. The neighborhood is very cheerful and lively in the evening! You will enjoy the quiet room in the backyard. The 80m tram stop allows quick access to the center and the sncf station.

You will share the house with our cat (very friendly and housekeeper!).
