In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Located in the outbuildings of a former presbytery, the Forge du Curé welcomes you quietly, not far from the Sèvre. The totally independent accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with sofa bed and TV. Welcome to Carquefou! Come enjoy our large independent room. It consists of a bedroom area with double bed, a living area with sofa bed (2 single beds) with TV. No kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker available as well as cutlery, plates and glasses. Quiet with private entrance, you will enjoy everything nearby (restaurants, shops, bus). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

You can enjoy our outdoors, barbecue, heated swimming pool (May to September), terrace with dining area, stroll through the vineyards or along the banks of the Loire. Or enjoy the interior of the studio, which includes a bathroom and a bedroom that opens onto a kitchen area. 10 min by bike from the Loire bike path and 5 min by bike from the center of Barbechat.

This apartment, renovated by us, is ideal for short stays and discovering all the attractions of Nantes. It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.
