The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

Possibility of having extra bed on request for travelers Loire by bike with family. (15 euros per extra bed, there are 3) Property with enclosed courtyard for vehicle and secure bicycle storage on request. This apartment is on the second floor with self check-in if desired. The garden is at your disposal.

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.

Air-conditioned studio 40 m2

In Landemont (new commune of Orée d'Anjou) near Champtoceaux and the banks of the Loire, we offer this large renovated fully equipped 40 m2 studio for 2 to 4 people in the village, (bakery opposite, pizzeria 250 m). This studio with independent entrance is entirely for you.
