The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse and has its own ensuite shower room and a private parking space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at university and business travellers. Please note there's no breakfast, only tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Completely self contained apartment next to our detached house. Parking on private drive in front of apartment. South facing enclosed rear garden with tiered decking and seating. Located on the palm tree lined main road into Falmouth. Bus stops at bottom of drive providing good transport links to tour south west Cornwall. 20 minute walk to Falmouth town centre and 5 minute walk to local marina with restaurant and bar.
