We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Unser neues Untergeschoß-Appartement befindet sich in zentrumsnähe, nur wenige Schritte von der Skibus-Haltestelle entfernt. Unser mit Liebe gebautes Appartement verfügt über zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer - perfekt für Familien, Paare, oder Freunde. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und für das Skiequipment gibt es einen eigenen Skischuhtrockner und Skibereich. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es beim Haus. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen, privaten Eingang.

In the middle of the Austrian Alps in the "Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé" we welcome you in our newly built Apartment Bergzeit. Our cozy, 65 m2 apartment is located in the center of Eben im Pongau. Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Ihnen steht ein charmantes Häuschen im Troadkastenlook mit moderner Ausstattung im alpinen Stil mit Blick in einen wunderschönen Obstgarten zur Verfügung. Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Artsy Alpine Retreat

Enjoy a cool alpine mountain farm high above the valley in a panoramic location. The original chalet, built in 1884, is surrounded by several hectares of meadows and forest at 1100 m in an absolutely secluded location. New sauna - see photos of the garden. Altenmarkt-Radstadt ski station is 5 minutes by car, while Zauchensee and Flachau ski stations are each 15 minutes by car.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
