Brook Cottage built in the 1850's is one of three beautiful holiday cottages in the yard of the 19c Cornmill based on the family farm. The Mill and the Mill Cottages are in an enclosed courtyard setting, with the Mill overlooking the river Corack - opposite which is the village park. The farm animals are a big attraction for both adults and children alike, ginger nuts are a particular favourite of the donkeys, they look forward with gusto to holiday season! Barbeque/outdoor seating/playroom.

There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Surrounded by gorgeous rural setting with views of farmland and sea in the distance with a taste of Irish small town charm .Local village is a 10 minute walk with a great pub that has talented musicians on selected nights .Wexford town is a 25 minute drive but there is local link bus that runs 10 times a day for a modest fee. A car is highly recommend for your stay 😊

Converted Old Stone Barn near the HOOK peninsula.

"Hogans Cottage" is a 300 year old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse "Somers' Fort ". It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.

The flat is right beside N25 where there are many local activities such as carrigbyrne hill, The hook lighthouse, Wexford heritage park, beaches, Dunbrody famine ship, JFK memorial park and many more. Our apartment is small pet friendly. It is perfect location for a relaxing staycation. Ideal if you're bringing your dog along on your travels.

Only 20 minutes from Wexford town, 5 minutes from the local shops in Wellington Bridge and in very close proximity to all of the stunning beaches & historical sites. On arrival you will be greeted by Host Anne. The House itself has 4 bedrooms, a spacious Kitchen, a sitting room and 2 bathrooms. Towels are provided for guests.
