In the middle of Freiburg near main station, university, theater, concert hall, pedestrian zone. With us you live authentically and individually, Freiburger Kiezleben included. Typical parking situation. High ground floor, about 70 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 living room, kitchen, very!! small!! Shower room (nothing for people with a desire for great intimacy), terrace. Ideal for 3-4 people (to need 5, then very! Eng!). Non-smokers. Garbage separation! No washing machine. No parties! No prostitution!!

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

The Mühlenlounge has a loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved.
